Educational Programs

Our programs, A Musical Journey with Brass and Traditions in American Music have been very well received everywhere we have performed them.

The shows are 50 minutes and are designed for grades K-8 and are theatrical in style. We also perform concerts and clinics for Middle and High School music students. The cost is extremely affordable!

We can also perform concerts back-to-back (within 3 hours) for those schools having very large enrollments or for those school districts wanting us to play at more than one school. The cost of back-to-back concerts represents a further savings to the school district.

We have really enjoyed performing our programs in the schools over the past 4 years. Please contact us so that we nay talk about bringing one of the shows to your school.

The quintet's presentations often encourage other forms of artistic expression.

On behalf of the students, faculty and administration of Incarnate Word, I am writing to tell you how much we enjoyed and appreciated your performance at our school. The musicians were outstanding and the narration by Susan Wells-Souza was not only informative, but also a lot of fun for the students.

Once again I want to express thanks to you, your good wife, and colleagues of the Gateway Brass Quintet for the outstanding performance last Friday. The grandparents told me how much they enjoyed the show. The kids gave it a "thumbs up". I always appreciate the generosity of talented men and women who take the time to share their talents with young people. Hopefully, the performance will give some inspiration to a few of our budding musicians to keep up the efforts associated with hard work and disciplined practice.
